I'm a Certified Relationship Coach (FRCA — Fisher Relationship Coaching Academy, trained under Dr. Wyatt Fisher). In my individual work, I focus on attachment styles, childhood wounds that show up in adult relationships, and the subconscious patterns that shape our choices.

Common questions

Before you book

Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on the present and what's possible going forward — not on processing the past clinically. I don't work with trauma, psychiatric diagnoses, or clinical mental health conditions. If I think you need something different, I'll tell you that honestly.
My partner isn't ready for couples coaching. What then?
Individual coaching is the right place to start. The work you do on yourself often shifts what's possible in the relationship anyway — even when only one of you is doing it. If your partner becomes ready later, we can move into couples work then.
Do I need to be in a relationship?
No. Individual coaching is for people at any stage — whether you're single, recently out of a relationship, or in one and wanting to work on yourself rather than the couple dynamic.
How many sessions will I need?
There's no fixed number. Some people come for one session to work through one specific thing. Others return regularly. You book session by session and decide each time whether to continue — there's no obligation either way.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you feel stuck in a pattern you don't fully understand — or one you understand but can't seem to break — coaching is usually a good fit. The free 15-minute consultation is the best way to check fit — or you can send me a message first if you'd rather.
